June 19, 2011 : Tunneling professionals gathered in San Francisco for the 2011 RETC take a tour of the New Irvington Tunnel for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Contractor Southland / Tutor Perini JV is about three months into excavation of the 3.5 mile tunnel.
