Innovative rectangular box-jacking TBM

July 2016: An innovative rectangular box jacking EPB TBM has been designed and manufactured by CREG of China for excavation of road and pedestrian underpasses. The first use of the system outside of six machines working in China is for an access underpass for passengers to a new underground metro station on the Singapore Metro.
