Environment impact assessment studies - TunnelCast

September 2011: The growing size, complexity, duration and cost of environmental impact assessment studies and their approval processes will be discussed at a workshop on Wednesday 12 October as part of Austria's 60th Geomechanics Colloquy in Salzburg. The event will bring together representatives from Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Austria to share the different experiences and requirements for major tunnelling projects. Chair of the event Professor Robert Galler explains the need and agenda for the discussions.
