TunnelTalk however is not responsible for personal information voluntarily disclosed online as in feedback, through email, or in chat areas and on message boards.

You may only use the Marketplace pages of TunnelTalk.com for lawful purposes when seeking employment, recruiting staff or for posting tunnelling equipment for sale or contract procurement notices. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the site or any information submitted to or available through it. Job Vacancies: Information about job vacancies may be passed to candidates and can be posted directly onto the website. We do not use third parties to help us process your information. We may collect and aggregate data from the information supplied by you to help us to understand our users as a group so that we can provide you with a better service.

We will process any data which you provide when completing the online registration or application forms, and any further forms or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with US data protection legislation and data protection legislation in local areas.

Job Seekers: Transfer of information for Job Seekers to interested employers. Personal information comprising your CV may be accessed through the TunnelTalk.com database by third parties outside of your home country’s jurisdiction. This will happen if a prospective employer is based in another part of the world. By registering and using the Marketplace Job Seekers service of TunnelTalk.com, you consent to this transfer.

Equipment Sales: TunnelTalk assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information or condition of items listed for sale in Marketplace. Items listed for sale and any content of advertisements or notices placed on TunnelTalk.com do not constitute recommendation or endorsement by TunnelTalk.

Sellers will list only those items that exist, that they are legally entitled to sell and that are in their possession. TunnelTalk reserves the right to remove any listing that it deems unsuitable or in breach of the terms and conditions.

Procurement: Notices loaded to the Procurement service are listed on Marketplace on TunnelTalk.com solely at user’s own risk.

Security and Passwords

In order to register with this site and to sign in when you visit the site, you will need to use a username and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person. Why we collect your data

We collect your data in order to send you the TunnelTalk weekly Alert. You voluntarily provided that data when you selected to join the distribution list of the weekly Alert through our Alert Signup service.

We will not share your data with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes unless you have specifically requested that we do.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
