Caldecott groundbreaking - TunnelCast

January 22, 2010: Supporters celebrate the groundbreaking of the Caldecott Tunnel Fourth Bore Project in Northern California. The $420 million project, received $197 million from President Obama's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, commonly known as federal stimulus funds, the largest Recovery Act allocation to date in the nation.
