Awards will celebrate trenchless achievements 20 Feb 2020

UKSTT News Release

Following the success of its 2018 event, the UK Society for Trenchless Technology (UKSTT) has announced that its 2020 Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony will be held during No-Dig Live in Peterborough, UK on 16 September.

The UKSTT Awards provide members of the underground industry with the opportunity to share their achievements in trenchless projects and showcase their innovative products and technologies. It is not necessary to be a UKSTT member to submit an entry for the Awards; it is open to all. Project entries may be in the UK or Ireland, or overseas if undertaken by a UK company. International companies may enter their UK or Irish projects.

There are eight Award categories. Seven are judged by a panel of independent experts, who have substantial experience and knowledge of the industry. The remaining category, the Young Professional Award, is judged by the UKSTT Chair and comes with a prize of £2,000, which can be used to fund travel and accommodation in any part of the world, to provide the winner with the opportunity to undertake further research in their chosen area of trenchless technology. This Award is open to young professionals from any part of the industry.
