Expanding VMT opens office in USA

VMT has opened a new branch in Sumner, Washington State
- VMT GmbH Germany has expanded its operations by opening a new office in Sumner, Washington State, USA.
- With its American tunneling business growing quickly, and with several large-scale infrastructure tunnel projects on both the east and west coasts requiring the presence of VMT engineers, the company decided to set up a new office close to SeaTac International airport.
- VMT is now better placed to provide monitoring and data management systems as well as technical support to the complex Alaskan Viaduct project in Seattle, and the creation of locally-based VMT (USA) Technical Measurement Solutions brings it closer to other customers on the American continent.
