Acquisition to strengthen global offering 30 Nov 2017

After an extensive two-year search, Israel based ES Rubber, manufacturer of customized rubber solutions for global industries, has announced its first acquisition - Profily, producer of extruded rubber sealing, with head offices in the Czech Republic.

The acquisition was completed in 2017 and will help ES Rubber fulfill its long term strategy of expanding its global markets and further developing its product portfolio. It plans to better serve the tunneling and underground construction sector worldwide, as it has witnessed growth in the use of rubber products in the industry.

ES Rubber designs, develops and manufactures rubber products for global industries including tunnelling, infrastructure, construction, water systems, automotive and transportation. It offers in-house research and development, engineering, testing and quality assurance and manufactures the finished products in house.
