Equipment rebuilds, process training and better support of customers in South America is the purpose of the new Normet service centre in Chile.
“The service centre is an important development to support our growing fleet in South America and to enhance our capability to deliver refurbished machines to our customers more quickly,” said Juan Albanece, General Manager, Services for Normet South America.
“Process training will help our customers to improve the competence of their staff on key processes. For example, with sprayed concrete we have proven that training will improve productivity, reduce rebound and reduce CO2 emissions as well,” said Marcelo Anabalon, Senior Vice President, Normet South America.
With a broad offering for underground construction equipment, chemicals, rock reinforcement products and services, the Normet aim is to increase customer profitability through improved safety, cost savings and a shortened process cycle.
