More good news for clients as bids continue to reflect the economic realities of an increasingly competitive job market. The apparent low bid on the Caldecott 4th bore in the San Francisco Bay Area came in well under the Engineer's estimate. Also telling of an industry trying to guage the future health of the economy is the wide discrepency between the low and high bid.
