The controversial suggestion of pushing back the 2022 Qatar Soccer World Cup from the traditional June/July to the cooler Emirate months of November/December may be rocking the world of football, but it will afford contractors more time to complete the 186km of underground infrastructure needed to connect the new stadia in Doha.
