From the Editor's Desk - 13 Dec 2018
Why is it that the final phases of underground projects blow the budget and the schedule? Crossrail completed underground excavations in 2015 after starting in 2012. Finishing works have missed the December 2018 opening and more time and more money is needed to meet an unknown opening date at this stage.
